       1.新型可食用MOFs材料的設計、制備及性能研究

       2. 基于多孔MOFs材料的海洋功能活性物質的富集、分離及純化

       3. 多孔MOFs對海洋功能活性物質的穩态化包埋及緩釋


主要成果

       發表學術論文40餘篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者在Angewandte Chemie International Edition (IF=16.823), Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition (IF=11.208), Carbohydrate Polymers (IF=10.723), ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces (IF=9.5)等國際期刊發表13篇SCI論文。此外,以理論計算合作方式參與的研究成果發表在Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等國際期刊上。
